  1. We are following Covid-19 government safety advice for all visitors and staff to achieve the highest standards. We assess guidelines daily.
  2. We are only selling tickets in advance and on-line to manage numbers and mitigate queues. 
  3. We have limited guest numbers and introduced timed ticketing so that social distancing can be maintained with confidence.
  4. We have new operating procedures, cleaning schedules and one-way systems to help manage social distancing. There are several hand sanitising stations for your safety.
  5. We have put in protective screens and installed barriers to provide safe separations in areas that need it. You may see some team members wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) so they can work safely.
  6. We are card only payments for drinks and snacks as well as pumpkins and squash.

YES!!! Your visit must be pre-booked through www.thepopupfarm.co.uk or via Facebook @ThePopUpFarm This will help us to manage numbers as well as minimise queuing and contact on arrival. You have 60 minutes from the start of your timed arrival slot to enter. You will not be admitted if you arrive early or late. Once inside you may stay as long as you like. On-line ticket sales only.

Children aged under 2 are free but need an Infant Ticket.  Anyone aged 2 and above will require a General Admission Ticket for £2.50.  Booking fees apply on both.

Make sure you have your tickets ready on your phone or printed. A Team Member will ‘zap’ your QR code and direct you to a parking spot. If you do not have your tickets at hand, you will be directed to a separate car park and your entry will be delayed. Please do not get out of the car until your tickets have been zapped.

People generally stay at The Pop-Up Farm between 1 – 3 hours. It is up to you and you may stay as long as you like until closing at 4.30 pm, once you have entered.

The Pop-Up Farm is an outdoor event. The ground may be uneven and muddy.  Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

These vary in price and according to size and type. Card payment only.

The Pop-Up Farm is an outdoor event. There is limited cover in the Red Shed but social distancing must be adhered to at all times. There is no indoor seating area.

There is an outdoor Changing Place area, but please take your child’s used nappies home.

No dogs allowed except for Guide Dogs.

The Pitstop will be open and selling hot drinks including our famous Hot Chocolate, water, apple juice, and a limited selection of snacks. Card payment only. No picnics allowed.

There will be a qualified First Aider on site if necessary. Identify yourself to a Team Member wearing a hi-vis vest and we will assist you as soon as possible.

There are Port-a-Loos on site which will be cleaned and sanitised regularly. There is also an outdoor Changing Place area, but please take your child’s used nappies home.

All Professional Photographers must pay the Professional Photographer Ticket for entry into The Pop-Up Farm. This does not include the ticket for your subject (s) even if you travel to the patch in the same car. The Pop-Up Farm reserves the right to determine if your shoot is of a commercial/professional nature and you will be asked to register and pay the Professional Photographer ticket if you haven’t done so already.

Flares and Drones are strictly prohibited.

Drones are forbidden at The Pop-Up Farm.

Depending on your circumstance, The Pop-Up Farm may or may not be appropriate. We have 12 acres of pumpkin and squash patch to explore. Expect mud and uneven ground. Due to Covid-19 there is no indoor seating area. Outdoor seating is on large straw bales only which are socially distanced within an open field. Buggies and pushchairs are welcome and depending on the wheel quality you may struggle in certain areas of the patch.
